Step 1 - JOIN

You pay £25 to join for 12 months membership. We receive your details and keep our stock topped up in your size with quality shoe models.

• Our stock is not in an online database, but members are kept up to date with latest models in stock via email or phone
• Members periodically receive exclusive offers on other tennis merchandise

Step 2 - ORDER

You order shoes when you require a new pair by phone, email or post. Up to 6 pairs of exclusively priced shoes can be ordered during your 12 month membership.

• Members can submit a stock query and we'll get back to you within the hour with what's available or call us and find out right away.
• Members can request specific models and we'll let you know the likelihood of getting hold of the model after consulting our stock and our other suppliers.
• If you are going to know what you want ahead of time, forewarn us, and there will be more chance we can provide it.

Step 3 - PAYMENTS

You make payments for your new exclusively priced shoes by either BACs transfer, online with Google Checkout, or cheque/postal order.

• Shoes should arrive with you within 1-3 days
• To pay online with a credit card and receive next day delivery, members can register with the Tennis Savers Google Checkout facility. This takes 30 seconds but it will only have to be done once.
• For all orders you will receive a Google Checkout invoice and you can then choose which method of payment to use.

Step 4 - RECEIVE YOUR GOODS!

• Enjoy your new quality shoes!
• Any problems, return your goods within 14 days and Tennis Savers Club will give a full refund.
