- After you have placed your order we will send you an order acknowledgement by email. Our acceptance of your order and completion of our contract with you does not take place until the merchandise is dispatched to you. We may also use your email address to notify you of the status of your order and to keep you up to date with special offers.

- What brands will I be able to choose from if I become a member?

- We stock most leading brands including Adidas, Nike, Babolat, Asics, K-Swiss, and Wilson.

- Will I always be able to get the shoes I want?

- Tennis Savers pledge to always be able to offer members a choice of at least two models in their size. Outside of our current stock we may be able to fulfil specific member requests. Just ask!

- Do you supply children's tennis shoes?
- A
- If a parent is a member, they can put in a stock request for their child, which does not affect their own order limit. Tennis Savers recognise the difficulty in getting children's tennis shoes so will supply these to members but due to low mark ups the discounts would not be as significant as with adult shoes.

- What if I don't order 6 pairs, do they roll over or do I need to use up my limit in 12 months?

- Yes, you can roll over your unused allocation.

Payment of the whole price of the Goods must be received by Tennis Savers before the Goods are despatched to the Buyer. Card details are checked and verified by a third party and the Goods are despatched once authorisation has been received.

- For the UK and BFPO Standard Service is £4.99 per parcel. For Mainland UK, next day delivery is £7.95 per parcel. For the rest of the world delivery charges are subject to weight.

- How do you deliver the goods?

- All our parcels are sent via Royal Mail or Parcel Force.

- How long does it take to deliver?

- We aim to despatch within 24 hours of receiving your order but please allow up to 72 hours for delivery. Payment must be received in full before delivery can take place.

- Can I have the parcel sent to an alternative address?

- Yes, just give us an alternative address. We will also need your credit card address to verify your payment.
Returns

- What do I do if I need to return the merchandise?
- A
- You have 14 days from the receipt of your order in which to return any item to us. They must be in their original condition. Once we have received your returned merchandise, we will refund your money in full, using the same method by which you paid for them. Please note that all returned packages remain your responsibility until they reach us so always retain your proof of postage.

- As with postage payments, the alternative would be to increase the prices of our shoes and that is something we try to avoid.

- How long should I normally wait for a refund to my card?

- We endeavour to process your returns as quickly as possible but please allow up to 14 days.

- We will email you with answers to your stock questions and any other queries with regards to your order. We will also notify you of any special members' offers.

- We keep a secure database with all our customers' telephone numbers so that we can contact you quickly if there is a query on your order.
Stock

- Why do you show products on the website that are not available?
- A
- Although we ask our customers to provide their size and favourite brand we can never predict 100% exactly how popular each size or shoe is. This means that there may be times when we have demand for products that exceed our supply we have. We endeavour to minimise this happening by regularly monitoring our stock position and sourcing additional suppliers.

- Pay an annual membership fee of just £25. This entitles you to purchase up to 6 pairs of exclusively priced tennis shoes per year at substantially discounted prices as well as any other special offers Tennis Savers has.
